Roommate wanted for owner-occupied, three-level townhouse in well-maintained Lauren Parc community near Memorial Drive/Columbia Drive and Avondale Estates/Decatur 30032.
This townhouse is tastefully furnished and has everything you could need for... cooking, doing laundry, etc.. Young owner works as a technician at local veterinary office. She has two cats and a friend from her work who stays over frequently (they sleep in her room).
Rent is for 120 square feet of personal space, including large bedroom with queen bed, desk and chair, plus other furniture--double dresser and night stand, small table and a full, private, in-suite bath. (note: in photos, bedding and personal items belong to current tenant) Additional shared space includes full kitchen, w/d and living room. There is a large closet in the bedroom and additional storage space on the ground level. All windows have fixed, permanent, interior shutters. Whole unit gets plenty of natural light.
Entry is on the ground level. Shared space is on the second level, and bedrooms (room for rent and owner's room) are on the top level. There is a deck on the second level outside the living room, and a shared half bath on the second level.
Parking is off street, within the community area. A Southbound MARTA bus stop is just in front of the townhouse complex, and a Northbound stop is just across Columbia Drive. Kroger, WalMart and Aldi are all nearby as well as gas stations and other shopping options.
