A short drive to everything

Rent is $999.00 a month. Happy to be flexible with much of this for you in regards to when you’d like to move in and length of lease. All utilities including water and trash will be split between you and me, the home owner. The house is clean and is... maintained by two housekeepers once each month. I will pay for the house to be professionally cleaned. Not you. Covered carport parking for you. Extremely LGBTQIA+ friendly! This house believes in human rights. Corner lot, well-maintained 1967 ranch decorated in mid century modern decor. A 50 lb dog is crated during work hours and sleeps in my bedroom with me. He is an absolute love machine! If you rub him for ten seconds, he will be your next best friend. Cat lives in one of the bedrooms happily and doesn’t not have access to rest of the house. I’m a non-smoker, but friendly to 420. Seeking a roommate who will enjoy the home but also respect the property and take care of their responsibilities. Laundry washer and dryer is included in your rent. No additional payment for laundry access. HVAC is six years old. Roof is six years old. House keeps cool well all summer and warm each winter. Thanks.
