1. Occupancy:

b. Any damages caused by the tenant's negligence or intentional actions must be reported
to the landlord promptly.

3. Noise and Disturbance:

neighborhood is strictly prohibited.

4. Pets:

11. Governing Law:

19. Late Payments/Early Termination:
