Sunny, top-floor 2 bed 2 bath at Avana Cheshire Bridge

Hi! My roommate and I are both moving and would love for someone to take over our lease. We have loved it here for 2 years, but we will both be out of state as of September 1st.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which are extremely... spacious. It is a top-floor unit, with lots of sunlight, high ceilings, a fire place, and hardwood floors in common areas. Each bedroom is carpeted and has its own walk-in closet. All appliances are new! There is an in-unit washer and dryer, with a separate room we use to store appliances. There is a small balcony off the living room, and the windows in the unit are huge (almost floor to ceiling)!

Bedroom 1: Slightly larger, has a big walk-in closet and huge private bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Large with a walk-in closet, bathroom is in the small hallway that leads to the bedroom. For full privacy, a small curtain can be added.

We currently split rent between the two of us as $1110/$910, and split electricity/ water down the middle.

Maintenance is very on top of their stuff, and as a top-floor unit in the center of a gated community, the noise level is pretty low. We've never had any issues with pests in the 2 years we've been here (rare in Atlanta). The property also has a pool, grills, a fitness room, and plenty of parking.

The apartment is about a 10-minute drive to campus in a gated community. It is within walking distance of a CVS and a Publix grocery store. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and it's about a 10-minute drive to midtown. There is a bus stop right near the entrance of the complex, as well as a MARTA station a few blocks away.

We ideally would like people to take over no later than September 1st, and are happy to coordinate if you'd like to move in by August 15th or earlier (since classes start the following week).
