Cute two-story house in the middle of the Medlock Park owned by two Emory profs who will be away from campus for Spring 2024 semester. Two bright bedrooms upstairs with full bath, one bedroom and playroom (which can easily become a fourth bedroom)... downstairs with another full bath. Fully stocked kitchen, cozy living room, and large back yard (with garden for those interested in helping us grow some veggies!). We're very close to Medlock Park, the Clyde Shepherd Nature Preserve, the Medlock Public Pool, and a safe and convenient 20 minute bike ride to Emory's campus on the Path.
