Studio Apartment Type A - The Ridge Graduate Housing

I am subletting my new Studio Apartment Type A at Ridge Graduate Housing for June and July 2025 with the option to renew the leasing contract. I am leaving Emory at the end of May and will no longer use my apartment space.

The Ridge was built in...
2024 and offers a spacious community center with study spaces, a community kitchen, a cozy seating area, a highly functional gym, a table tennis area, and much more.

The tenant must be Emory-affiliated. No undergrad students are allowed!

The Unit is located in Building B, which is on the calmer side of the complex. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, and a marble table space, all in excellent condition. A queen-size bed and a small leather sofa are also included.

The rent is 1650$ with all amenities included. All Emory faculties are reachable within walking distance (School of Law 10 min, Asbury Circle 13 min, Goizetta Business School 15 min, Candler School of Theology 15 min)

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
