Roommate Wanted for 2-Bedroom Apartment, Great Neighborhood Walking-Distance from Downtown Decatur (Shared Housing)

I am looking for a new roommate for my 2-bedroom apartment. I have lived here for 7 years and love the location, a 5-minute walk from downtown Oakhurst and a 10-minute walk from downtown Decatur. The apartment is clean and the neighborhood is safe... and fun with lots of families--block parties and Porchfest are always highlights. I am a respectful and fairly quiet but friendly roommate. I am a film actor who sometimes needs to film auditions at the apartment, but I try to keep auditions to 9-5 hours or at times that will not be an inconvenience. I split utilities with my roommate, which usually comes out to about $125/month for each of us for internet, electricity, gas, and water.
