We are looking for a roommate for a lease takeover in our 3 bed/2.5 bath townhome! Our roommate is getting married and moving out mid-lease. The current lease expires on 7/23/26 with the potential to renew.

with a private bath and a very large walk in closet. This apartment is 10 minutes from Georgia Tech, 25 minutes from Emory, and 8 minutes from the MARTA Arts Center Station.

Of the two roommates staying, one works in the music department at the Cathedral of Christ the King and the other is a graduate student at Emory.
