Spacious room in a lovely townhome situated 5-10 minutes from Emory's campus. In-garage parking, in-home washer/dryer, and access to kitchen, dining room, and screened-in porch (!). Kitchen/common dining and lounge area have original hardwood floors.... Individual room is carpeted and has a private bathroom with large walk-in closet.
A little bit about the home -- built in 1999, this townhome is 3-bed, 3.5-bath in a neighborhood with a few other townhomes. The surrounding area is a quiet, very safe neighborhood -- great for walking, biking, forest-bathing! Your only other roommate would be me. Drive to Emory is about 5-10 minutes, and drive to I-85 is about 5 minutes. There is a MARTA bus station ~2 minute walk from the home. Small plaza with restaurants, market, and a Walgreens is also a ~2 minute walk from the home.
A little bit about me -- grad student at Emory, been in the area since 2020 and owner of this home since 2021. I'm looking to find a roommate who identifies as a woman and is at a similar stage of life. I'm flexible with most things, but no pets and no smoking of any kind in the home.
