Renovated Home on Quiet Street in a Walkable Neighboorhood

I have owned the house since 2016 and completely renovated and updated the house. It is a free-standing single family home with vaulted ceilings and open concept living. The kitchen is spacious and great for entertaining. The primary bedroom adjoins... a double sink bathroom and the guest bathroom has a tub. There is a covered front porch with hanging planters and a back porch comes off of the primary bedroom, which is a great spot for a grill. All of the major systems have been replaced since I bought the house including HVAC, hot water heater, and all appliances.

There are fruit trees in the front and back and large garden beds that are yours to grow whatever you please (though the mint/thyme/chives/rosemary pretty much grow themselves). The enclosed backyard is great for pets or children.

Listing includes furnished photos, however the property will be rented unfurnished with the exception of outdoor furniture. Photos of the unfurnished property can be provided in mid July.
