The furnishings are eclectic and include antiques and original artwork. The house is fully furnished and should have everything you need to just move in and feel right at home. The appliances included are a washer and dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, toaster, Keurig and small drip coffee makers, ample cabinetry, eat in kitchen, lush outdoor spaces (including a covered front porch and open back deck - with outdoor table and seating). The neighborhood, Medlock Park, is beautiful with PATH greenspaces that connect to Mason Mill and Lullwater PATH trails. Perfect for walking, hiking, or biking. The neighborhood park has a public swimming pool, ball fields, and children's play area. The neighborhood also has the Clyde Sheppard nature preserve. If you are looking for an intown home (close to campus and shuttle) with ample greenspace - this home and neighborhood is a hidden gem. The tenant must be very quiet, appreciate nature, and must respect the neighborhood norms.
