I've recently purchased this newly renovated home in Edgewood. I'm 27 working in tech (mostly from home) with my dog, Cooper. Open to pets, but need to trial them with my dog first as he has only child energy and can be a bit protective. There is a dog park very close by.

I enjoy a good mix of both lively and quiet activities. I love hosting friends or pregames, but also enjoy a good weekend in - reading, exercising, watching movies, and gaming. I tend to keep the heat just below 70 and cooling around 72-74 unless the weather is nice (windows open).

I'm looking for a roommate preferably working a similar schedule who is reasonably tidy, doesn't throw ragers, but is fairly chill.
