Private Fenced Yard, Quiet, Secluded, Close to Everything, Utilities Included

Special offer - 1/2 off first month (April) rent! ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Relax in your private fenced backyard under a giant shade tree before you take a walk with your dog to get dinner at one of the many Virginia Highlands restaurants. This is a... very private 1bed/1bath unit that has tons of natural light and plenty of VaHi character. Rent includes all utilities. Ready for Move in April 1st. Part of a triplex house in a residential neighborhood. This unit is nestled in the back of the house and has a very private entrance and sole access to the fenced in back yard. Small dogs or cats welcome. My tenants tend to stay for years so these units don't open up often!

The unit does not have laundry access, so my tenants use Happy Nest next day delivery service for laundry and they say it's a pretty good trade out instead of paying utilities. Approx $29 a bag of laundry delivered and picked up from your door.

Note walls are back to beige and gray now. Apartment comes unfurnished.

Private entrance.
Very private unit in back of house.
Utilities included in rent ($150 a month).
Nice kitchen with granite counter tops.
Hardwood throughout.
Good closets and storage.
Easy walking distance to restaurants/bars
Easy biking distance to midtown, Emory and downtown.
Only 1 year leases offered.
No smoking inside or outside on premise.
Street parking - but street is never crowded.
Full background checks on all prospective tenants.
Mature and responsible tenants only - very residential and family friendly street.

Note this rent is for single occupancy. Double occupancy will have an additional $50 charge on rent per month.
