Primary Bedroom w/ Private Bathroom in 3 bed/ 2 bath house
I live with my two best friends, but one of them is moving out July 25th to be with his boyfriend in Ohio. His room is the carpeted primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has its own private bathroom (standing shower, toilet, sink- no tub) and private... entrance, though the room is accessible to the rest of the house, which is either tile or hardwood. The main road off our neighborhood has Emory shuttle stops and our house has a driveway with a carport area at the top. We also utilize street parking. We have updated appliances, including a brand new fridge, a gas stove/ oven, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, microwave, Nespresso machine, and more. Rent is due the first of the month- you are likely looking at paying $1100 for rent and all utilities, including wifi. We do not have pets, but are open to cats if you are willing to pay the pet fee. No security deposit, but August rent would be due when you move in since there is a short window between July 25th and August 1st. Must be queer-affirming roommate.
