One-Bed, One-Bath Single Apartment in Campus Crossings Briarcliff, Near Emory, Grocery, and Shuttle (Sublet)

I am going to be working off-campus next semester, and so I am releasing my one-bedroom one-bathroom apartment at Campus Crossings Briarcliff. I have lived here for three years, and have found it to be an extremely convenient place to live! It is a... 5-minute walk from a grocery store, post office, dentist, restaurants, and a park. Additionally, there is a beautiful walk to campus (through Peavine Creek Trail), and a shuttle stop that goes directly to Woodruff Circle in about ten minutes. My apartment is toward the back of the building, making it feel private and quiet. There is a beautiful pool, a newly renovated gym, in-unit laundry, and high speed internet. It is also furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, table, couch, and chairs, with an oven/stove, refrigerator, and microwave in the kitchen. I have been really happy here the past few years, and think it would be a great option for anyone who needs housing next semester. It is easy to coordinate with the kind staff in the leasing office. I am hoping to release my apartment, and I can pay upfront to prorate future rent so that you could own the lease fully and not worry about monthly payments from me, in hopefully a hassle/worry free way.
