If you're a graduate student or working professional, a couple or a small family coming to Emory for a graduation... , or a faculty/staff/visiting scholar member at Emory or the CDC looking for a place to stay during your visit, our fully-furnished loft is the place for you!
We're open to month-to-month leases, short-term leases and semester leases. Minimum stay is 5 nights, for which we can discuss pricing, please inquire with us for more details.
1000+ Square foot loft with remarkable mid-century designer pieces, and artifacts that enliven your stay in Atlanta and make it a home you'll want to return to, time and time again. The loft features one queen-size bed and a comfortable sofa that can be used as an additional bed.
Full kitchen, split bathroom, open plan living for anyone wanting to take in the sights or be close to the Emory main campus, Emory Clairmont campus, the CDC, the new Children's Hospital of Atlanta, downtown and almost everywhere else.
The House of the Fallen Tree, which we affectionately named after moving in and the beautiful oak in front having to be cut down. Hummingbird is located toward the back portion of the home and offers you a central place from which to visit much of what Atlanta offers. 15 Minutes from almost anywhere.
The space is accessible to the north side of the home and has its own walkway entrance and soon, a bistro table to sit and enjoy the outdoors.
While you may notice we are on a busy street (Clairmont Road), the place is super quite and tranquil. You can also walk through the neighborhood if you want some sunshine or exercise. We are also super close to Toco-Hills where you will find some good shopping, restaurants, supermarkets and a good coffee shop.
We're looking forward to having you stay.
