Looking for a responsible female roommate, who is quiet and very clean, for the master bedroom in a Harwood 2B2B apartment. You’ll have a walk-in closet, a modern renovated bathroom, and a more spacious bedroom! In-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher,... and totally functioning full kitchen. The apartment has easy access to campus—it’s right across from the nursing school and just a 10-minute walk to Woodruff Circle.

Water and trash are included; power and wifi will be split 50/50. No smoking or pets, sorry! Parking is available. The lease starts July 1st and runs for a year, with the option to renew.
