Fully furnished twin-bed room in lovely home in quiet neighborhood 4 miles from the heart of Emory's campus and downtown Decatur. Location close to grocery, shopping, restaurants and public transportation. Immediately prior tenant of this room was... Emory post-Doc research fellow with me 3 1/2 years.
Whole house privileges including laundry & kitchen facilities and on-street parking. Professional monthly housekeeping included. Basic paper goods (toilet tissue, Kleenex, paper towels and napkins) basic staples included (e.g. baking supplies, basic spices carried). Personal bed and bath linens required. Rent all inclusive.
Seeking honest, tidy roommate who will be respectful of me and my property. Male only, no pets, no loud music, no smokers, no drugs and no conjugal or overnight visitors.
Law or medical student, resident, fellow, post-doc, intern & staff preferred, others considered.
