Fully furnished room on Emory bus line
Fully furnished private bedroom in house with other Emory female students (shared common space). House is a short distance from Emory University and walkable to grocery stores (Walmart, Aldi, Sprouts, Whole Foods). Emory shuttle stop is in front of... the house (EDH bus line) or tenants can walk or bike to the campus if they prefer. Rent for furnished bedroom includes all utilities (gas, electric, water, internet, trash, recycling). $250 reservation fee and move out cleaning fee. No deposit required for enrolled Emory students. I work at Emory University Hospital have enjoyed hosting Emory Goizueta students, Fulbright scholars, Humphrey scholars, healthcare students, and international students in my spare bedrooms the last few years.
I have a couple of properties both with shared bathrooms and private bed/bath. Message me to discuss what options may be best fit. Pricing depends on duration of lease (semester, academic year, 12 month) and private vs. shared bathroom.
This particular house is for females tenants only. No pets, smoking, drugs, or wild parties. I enjoy hosting students year after year and understand these parameters make a more comfortable environment for everyone.
