The furnished rooms are located in the carriage house on the first and second story and is surrounded by beautiful trees. The room on the first floor has private entrance and 1/2 bath and access to common area. The two other rooms are located on the second floor with direct access to the common areas.
You can enjoy the beautiful Atlanta outdoors on a private screened in porch off the landing and entry into the space.
All furnished rooms includes bed, linens, desk, chair and side table. All the necessities of home.
The common/ shared space includes screened in porch, bathroom, living room area, full kitchen (all new appliances) and eating area. Towels, broom, vacuum are furnished.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, plates, glasses and utensils. And the bedroom sheets and bedspread are furnished.
Utilities are $150.00/ month for central heat & air, water, electricity and high speed internet.
