Emory Point Apartment, looking for Roommate

Emory Point apartment — facility has multiple pools, multiple gyms, multiple clubhouses, business centers with printers and computers, and multiple great restaurants for takeout in the complex. We also benefit from Emory Point security AND Emory... Police patrols around our complex.

Price: if signed before March 1, $2.7k/month between 2 people — includes parking and complimentary 30lb dog, incredibly friendly and cuddly.

The rent will increase if the lease is signed after March 1, possibly by up to 3%. Currently, my half totals between $1.3k and $1.5k, depending on utilities.

WiFi: $43/month per person

Fully furnished bedroom available (full-sized loft bed unit), fully equipped kitchen. Each person has their own bedroom and bathroom with a shower.

Seeking a roommate for multiple years, if possible, to sign a year-by-year lease. Looking for a roommate who loves my dog (she will certainly love you) and also wants a quiet home to study and work. I am 26 and work at the CDC full-time. I have had a lot of success with Emory student roommates over the last 4 years. The location couldn’t be better for Emory students, plus a Kroger less than 5 minutes away. It’s a pretty quick ride to both Decatur and Midtown. MARTA bus stops right in front of the apartment building, making it easy to get to the airport.

Please reach out to Ellie at 626-233-9245 to visit the apartment, see the space, and meet the dog!
