Lease Replacement | 3B2B Second Bedroom Near Emory University (Female Only)

Because I’m moving out at the end of February, I’m searching for a female roommate who can move in starting March to replace my lease.

Room Details:
1. A second bedroom in... a 3B2B condo — the only bedroom that has two windows with great natural light.
2. Condo includes washer, dryer, microwave, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
3. The neighborhood is very quiet — at night you mostly hear birds, almost no other noise.
4. Utility fee (really low) would be shared with other 2 girls. No other extra fees or parking fee.
5. I can leave most of my furnishes and cookers if you want them.

Location & Transportation:
1. Bus Route 36 right outside the condo, which goes directly to Emory University and Midtown.
2. 15-minute walk to the Emory EDH Shuttle stop, as well as grocery stores like Walmart and Whole Foods.
3. 20-minute walk to Decatur MARTA Station.
4. The area has bike lanes.

Other Info:
1. Current roommates (both female) are Emory visiting scholar and staff, with regular schedules, very clean, and easy to get along with.
2. My lease left 5 month from March to August. But you can definitely sign a new lease longer than 5 months.
