Well respected City of Decatur schools. Well-maintained and renovated older home with lots of charm. Updated systems: HVAC, well insulated, energy efficient windows, low utility bills, attic fan. Renovated bathroom. Will add new gas range before... move in. Several unique features. Nice blinds in most rooms. Chain link fenced back yard welcomes dogs. We prefer to rent to dog owners since pet friendly homes may be hard to find. Rocking chair front porch with swing is a great place to meet neighbors.
Living room, 3 bedrooms or use one room for an office or exercise room if needed. Large center room can be dining room/den combo.
Historically inspired kitchen with bay window for plants.
Small back porch with back yard access.
Washer/dryer hookups in basement.
Renters love it and usually hate to leave. Many have stayed 6 years or so. Few move after one year. It is a great location!
