Cozy and comforting house near Emory with great deck and backyard

Cozy and comfortable home 7min drive away from middle of Emory campus and 25 min to Midtown. We live in Medlock Park which is a very well admired neighborhood. We are renting out one cozy room. Full access to kitchen/living room... area/backyard/deck/grill/smoker. TV with streaming services. Furnished and decorated. Large back deck with table and lounge chairs. Access to gas grill/smoker on back deck for bbq. Utilities are $50 a month, making the total rent $1,050.

Room has a desk, dresser, bedside table, bed with mattress and closet. You have a bathroom right outside your door. Extra storage is available if needed.

We are a married couple both 31 y/o. Wife is a resident at Emory and Husband is a CPA who works remotely 3 days out of the week in an office at the side of the house. We are very friendly but also respect private space. We stay in the master bedroom and have our own bathroom (not pictured). You have your own full bathroom.

We live in Medlock Park named after the park that's just a few hundred feet away. The park has a pool, several baseball diamonds, a beautiful walking trail, and play structure. Our neighborhood has a very cozy and friendly atmosphere that you will love!

We have two friendly cats.
