Optional: additional children’s room available with toddler bed and toys.

No pets, please.

This house can be rented for the summer from June 6-July 31, or longer into the Fall Semester. It can also be rented starting in August on a monthly or semester basis. The exact price will vary with the intended occupancy:

Minimum monthly rent is $3150 for the house as described above.
The rent is $3500 per month, if the optional children's room with toddler bed and toys is included.

Walking distance to Agnes Scott College (in Decatur), bike, bus, Marta, and shuttle transport to Emory U, GA Tech, Georgia State; ca. 20-25min walk to downtown Decatur Square, 15-20min walk to Oakhurst square, ca. 5-10min walk to WP elementary school's playground.

Highly desirable City-of-Decatur school district (Elementary, Middle, and High School in walking distance).
