This is a classic Atlanta home in a very walkable neighborhood. While 2.5 miles from the Emory campus, it is tucked into a friendly neighborhood that allows easy access to Publix on Ponce, several restaurants, the Carter Center (with a Saturday... morning year-round farmers market), the Freedom Parkway Trail. Virginia-Highland is to the north, Inman Park to the south. It sits between the Emory campus and downtown (Grady, Emory Midtown).
The house was built in 1910, but it has been renovated. It is two-story, with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The upstairs has a master suite with a full bath. Appliances are fairly new and barely used. There is an enclosed backyard.
