Private bedroom for rent in Atlantic Station - $1250/mo. Power/internet costs are shared among roommates (~$70/mo usually, depending on use). Water is included. Bathroom is shared with other bedroom. All genders are welcome & LGBTQ friendly.... Current roommates are an Emory MD/PhD student and an Emory grad.

New Beltline section and bike lane are scheduled to open in this neighborhood in 2025.

The condo is a top-level 3 bed, 2 bath unit. It’s a <5 minute walk to Target, Publix, and coffee, and 15 minutes to West Midtown. 16 minutes driving to Emory. Amenities include a sauna, commercial-style gym (lots of equipment), pool, and car wash. There is a free shuttle that will pick you up directly outside the condo and take you to Atlantic Station or Arts Center MARTA Station, which is within walking distance from Piedmont Park and most of Midtown!

Rent is $1250 plus utilities for a bedroom with garage parking. The bedrooms are 12x12 with sizable closets. It can be unfurnished or include a full sized bed, dresser, and night table.

A good fit would be: a grad or professional student, any gender, clean, friendly, quiet, LGBTQ+ welcoming, no pets, no smoking. Quiet environment at night, no parties. Often study at home at nights and on weekends. We keep the shared spaces tidy and do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.
