FREE furnished Private Studio in exchange for 5-15 hours/week of household chores. PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST

Available Now! Free rent is available for the home manager instead of chores. I offer a furnished Private Studio in my large Morningside... home, 1.6 miles from Emory, for 5-15 hours per week of simple household chores. Chore hours are very flexible and can be set to accommodate your school schedule. This opportunity includes using my home gym, on-site laundry, and utilities, as long as these are not abused. There is a $50 fee for wireless internet through Google Fiber and YouTube TV. The space offers lots of light and includes a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a great private kitchen. This has been a great opportunity for me and the student for the last 25+ years; you get free rent and utilities, and I get a clean home. This offer is for a single occupant and absolutely NO SMOKING. If interested, please complete the questionnaire below and return it to me. If you are not a full-time student and have a job, this may be an issue due to scheduling conflicts.
