Hard flooring throughout, with 1940's tile in bath, vintage in kitchen. Gas & water included in rent. Cooking & water is gas heat, therefore electric bill is low. Easy street parking. Possibly parking pass for small lot, but no guarantee. A non-smoking condo!! No pets. No painting. Paint color is light throughout, not as in pics… professionally painted May2023. Perfect for someone looking for a special place, enjoys a nice quiet home environment and good neighbors.... and who is a good neighbor and tenant as well, and gets rent to us on time with no problems. Ideal tenant wants/needs to live in this area, preferrably for many years. Caring for property is required, including changing air filter monthly, and handling small issues that may arise. Painting or modifications are NOT allowed, and condo must be kept in beautiful condition as rented to you. A very nice space to live in. Previous tenants stayed over 7 years.
