You'll enjoy a private, furnished bedroom with twin bed, shelving, walk-in closet, desk, lounge chair, full-length mirror, rugs, and dresser. Rent includes all utilities, laundry, and parking. The single bedroom is quiet and cozy with enough room to... study and lounge. The bathroom is decently sized and shared with the other renter.
Living here means you are part of the quiet neighborhood with friendly, young couples, families with small children, old-Atlanta natives, and an Air BnB or two. Despite the diversity, we are a community here. You can get involved in park clean-ups or neighborhood celebrations if you're interested.
Some important notes: you must be dog- and cat-friendly. Two small dogs and one loud cat live here and will inevitably want to cuddle with you. Dinner is often cooked and shared each night although that arrangement can adapt as needed.
