The bedroom is located at Icon Avondale apartment complex on the top floor in a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom that was recently renovated a few years ago.

The apartment has an open concept, so the kitchen, dining area, and living room feel nice and large.... The main areas are fully furnished spaces with couches, dining room table, tv, kitchen items, etc. I really love plants, so there is plenty of greenery throughout the space. There is a balcony, which is a great place to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The available bedroom is unfurnished.

The apartment is located about a 20-minute drive from Emory's campus, and it is right across the street from a MARTA station (which is how I commute). It is close to downtown Avondale Estates, which is a nice place to walk around.

Your roommate would be a female, who works in public health. I like the apartment to be a calm, laid-back space, and I am a pretty easygoing person.
