Windsor Morningside Lease Takeover Jan-June

2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet, both bathrooms have bathtubs, one bathroom has double sinks. In-unit laundry, walk-in pantry, dishwasher, garbage disposal, built-in microwave, outdoor porch that can fit a table and... 3 chairs.

Luxury apartment shares a parking lot with Sprouts Grocery Market, and has amenities including rooftop pool, 24/7 fitness center (with full weight rack), yoga studio, dog park, sky lounge, business center, several outdoor fire pits, outdoor BBQs, trash cute.

12 minute drive to Emory. 12 minute walk to Morningside Nature Trail. 15 minute walk/5 minute bike ride to closest Beltline entrance. 25 minute walk/8 minute bike to Piedmont Park.

We lived comfortably with 3 of us on this lease (a couple + 1 single) and the single is partnered so we often had 4 of us hanging out with plenty of space :) we're hoping to move out in January, so you could take over the lease from January - June 29th.

The community is extremely diverse in this building! There's a mix of young adults, families with young children, and young adults taking care of their parents! We're Nurse Practitioner students graduating in December and we love it here! We finally got it right with the perfect apartment just in time for graduation 3. We'd definitely stick around in this apartment if our post-grad jobs were in Atlanta! We hope you'll love it too!
