Shared space in the home consists of living and dining rooms,... full kitchen, office/flex room, covered rear deck, and glassed in front sun room. The upstairs portion of the house is modern new construction, the ground floor is mostly older, original construction. Two sets of washers and dryers. Street parking. Small front and rear yards, unfenced. Modern central heat and air.

Current roommates are late 20's, early 30's male and female professionals and graduate students. One cat in the house.

Great location walking distance to local shops and restaurants, walking distance to Lake Claire Community Land Trust and Candler Park. 1.5 miles to 5 Points. 3 miles to Decatur Square and Emory. 4 miles to Downtown Atlanta / GSU / Georgia Tech. Easy, surface street commute to any part of Atlanta.

$650 rent with the tenant responsible for a share of utilities. $600 refundable deposit. Please no smoking. Cats or small dogs conditional.
