Room and Flex space available in Modern Kirkwood Townhome (Shared Housing)

I'm a professional woman (High school teacher) looking for a roommate to share a beautiful, modern 4 bedroom townhome located half a mile from downtown Kirkwood (Coffee! Bakery! Restaurants!). Although the address is listed as Memorial Drive, the... actual road my unit is on is Dearborn, a quiet street facing the Kirkwood Urban forest. It's conveniently located 15-20 minutes from the Atlanta Airport, GA Tech, Emory, and Georgia State. You'd also be close to Reynoldstown and the Beltline, Pullman Yards, a YMCA, and plenty of other gyms and restaurants.

The room for rent is spacious and located on the top floor of the townhome, and comes with a flex space (to use as your personal office and living room), a private bathroom, and an additional closet for storage. The renter also has access to all shared spaces, obviously the kitchen and living room, but also a guest room, a deck with a grill, a peloton and peloton membership, and a parking space in the garage. A dog-friendly or dog-neutral cat is welcome; I'm also open to a roommate with a non-shedding dog, although a meet and greet with my dog (a golden doodle named Bisous) would be necessary. The room will be available starting in November, but I can be flexible with move-in dates if December/January work better.
