Lovely renovated basement apartment on quiet street

I am an Emory alumni and my husband and I are renting out our basement apartment on a quiet street in North Decatur. It is a recently renovated 1 bed/1 bath, with hardwood flooring throughout, walk-in closet, kitchen, and dining/living area. It also... has a separate entrance and washer/dryer in the unit. The unit has access to the fenced-in backyard and ample street parking. Monthly rent is $1500 with all utilities and WiFi included. The apartment will be available mid-August. One month’s rent required for security deposit. Pets allowed with approval and additional fee.
Our house is 10 minutes from Emory/CDC, less than 10 minutes from the Emory Decatur Hospital, and 5 minutes from the Dekalb Farmers Market. Little Creek Horse Farm and Clyde Shepard Nature Preserve are 5 minutes away. It’s a great location close to downtown Decatur. Please let me know if you are interested or have questions!
