Listing a 1Bed/1Bath for Spring '25 (Unit is 2B/2B, with roommate)

I’m looking to relet a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit at Campus Crossings Briarcliff for Spring 2025. The unit is part of a 980 sq. ft, 2-bed/ 2-bath, shared apartment. The entire apartment is furnished, with a functional kitchen, living room, and... in-unit washer/dryer. The available room contains a private bathroom and walk-in closet. All major appliances are included. The apartment has a view of wooded area and feels very private. The room also gets great light during sunrise; there is a larger window in the living room as well.

The community offers a pool, gym, courtyard grill, Amazon Hub, free printing, and gated or covered parking. A free shuttle runs to Emory University/Emory Point/CDC. My roommate, who will be there from January to July, is quiet, neat, and keeps to herself.
