Amenities include easy parking, utilities, attached shared bathroom, small in-room refrigerator, coffee maker & cups, TV, free Wi-Fi & Ethernet cable access, two sets of sheets and blankets, a variety of pillows and towels, and access to a beautiful backyard for contemplation with a Green Egg barbecue. Of course, access to the kitchen and all cooking tools and materials. Enjoy bird watching from your window into the back garden!

We’re just 10 minutes by car from Emory/CDC and within a rock's throw to the Marta line 19 bus stop, that connects you to Emory main campus, Emory Clairmont Campus, Emory Shuttles, CDC, and both Decatur and Chamblee Marta rail stations.
We are a 20–25-minute walk (of course faster if you have a bike!) distance to Toco Hills and other shops and restaurants.
While we are on a busy road (low sound score), the home is equipped with double-pane windows and is serene and completely silent.
We are an American and international family with two dogs. We welcome dog lovers! Our dogs are very friendly and love people. Although we provide a dog gate so that the dogs won't go into your room and shared bathroom, they freely move around other spaces in the house and garden.
Please note that this is a family house. It is a non-smoking, no drugs, no marihuana/weed, no firearms/guns house. Smoking, the use of drugs, and/or the presence of firearms in our property is strictly prohibited.
