We have a two bedrooms that will be available in our fully-furnished co-living house in Decatur's Medlock Park, 1 minute walk away from the free Emory Shuttle!

The rent is $775-$830 for a lease ending in August 2025 (not including utilities).... Shorter leases will also be considered and will be at a slightly higher rate.

Utilities will be split among tenants and the cost is based on usage. Bathroom will be shared.

1 is available December 1st and 1 is available in January.
Current housemates are Emory grad students + young professionals.
