Fantasy Lane

I have lived here for a year, my current roommate is moving out. The master bedroom is up for rent starting in July. The lease is for a year but easily renewed each year. I take care of yard work for free and the landlord handles any major... renovations. There is a gated backyard.

I have a cat so other animals would depend on if the animals can get along :)

Suggested rent is $1200 for the master but is negotiable. I have two rooms the smaller space as my office and the medium sized bedroom that is mine, and I use the guest bedroom.

The laundry is located off the master bedroom.
