East Lake Commons is a co-housing community situated on 22 acres with 5 acres of organic vegetable gardens, a pond, a creek and a forest. There is also a Common House with guest rooms, laundry room, wood shop/kiln, exercise room, an industrial size... kitchen, piano, fireplace, kids room, classroom, and media room - all available for use by residents.
Townhouse has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths on 3 levels. Main bedroom overlooks pond and farm and has recently renovated main bathroom with steam shower. Beautiful renovated kitchen and dining area. Back porch overlooks pond/forest/farm.
Water and gas are included. One family, non-smokers, pls. Small pets may be considered with an additional deposit/monthly fee.
In order to promote participation in the East Lake Commons community, up to $50 can be deducted from monthly rent for volunteering on ELC activities/work needs i.e. raking leaves on common property, attending monthly General Business Meeting.
