Cute house with a big yard on a quiet street in East Lake
This is a cute, well-maintained 2 bed/1 bath house on a quiet street in East Lake—the place has a fenced-in backyard with a vegetable garden, a fire pit, wildflowers, and a peach tree. Inside: hardwood floors, dishwasher, gas stove, and two bedrooms... or, if you prefer, a bedroom and an office. There's also a front porch with a porch swing, and the neighbors are nice; it's close to Publix and CVS, convenient to downtown Decatur, EAV, Kirkwood, and Oakhurst, and there's a park with a pond in it just down the street. Lease terms are flexible (ideally between three and six months) as is the move-in date—would love to get somebody in here December or January 1. This has been my primary residence; I'm in the process of moving out and taking my stuff with me, but there are some furnishings I could leave behind (including one bed) if needed, so just let me know.
