Cortland Viridian

I have a 2 bed/2bath apartment at Cortland Viridian and my current roommate is moving out at the end of the lease, so I am looking for a new roommate. The floorplan is Wisteria and I am on the first floor. The common area will be furnished with stuff... I already have, but the bedroom will need to be furnished by you. I also have pots, pans, silverware and other utensils, but you're welcome to bring/buy your own if you want. There is laundry and a dishwasher provided, a large common area, and a porch. The bedrooms have carpet and the rest of the apartment is hardwood floors. Each room has a closet and its own bathroom. Rent is going to be somewhere between $1000-$1100 per month plus utilities. I have the electric, gas, and internet set up and they are usually around $150 per person.
