Immediate access to the Emory free buses (CCTMA route) and MARTA bus stops; 10-15 minute walk to downtown Decatur & MARTA station. Price includes all utilities, including multi-gig fiber internet, and weekly trash & recycling pick-up at the street. Pest control service quarterly.

Limited kitchen area has microwave, tall mini fridge with separate freezer, 2-burner cooktop, counter space, but NO SINK except in bathroom. Cookware, dishes, & utensils provided. Shared washer/dryer (stackable unit) easily accessible on main level in main house.

All doors to the space lock with a different key from the rest of the house. Fully furnished (bed, dresser, vanity, desk, lamps, TV, dining area, linens for bed & bath) w/large closet, ceiling fan & overhead lighting.

You provide your own food and supplies (paper goods, laundry detergent, etc.)

Because this space is fully handicap-accessible and on the Emory bus line, those needing an accessible space may receive priority.

You must be clean and responsible. Smoking OK outside only, must be away from house & kept clean. No pets. No illegal drugs. Absolutely NO weapons. Lease w/full terms required.
