1 bathroom with shower and bath
Fully appointed kitchen with Instant Pot, dishwasher, pots + pans + knives + etc, dishes, silver and glassware for at least 8, tons of storage for pantry items. Electric oven and cooktop.
Dining room with gate leg table. Folded down seats 2 but can be opened to seat 8. Sliding doors to the back deck let in tons of natural light and are perfect for entertaining.
Living room with 90" pull out leather couch and upholstered chairs. Large smart TV with roku. Built-in wall to wall bookshelves with tons of books and games. Record player with records.
The bonus/office space includes built in shelving and drawers, smart tv with roku device and color printer. This room could also be used as a third bedroom but is probably better suited as an office or studio. It has tons of windows and a built in desk surface that spans 110" inches wide and 29" deep. I have been using it as both a workstation for my job and a weaving studio with a full size floor loom so that gives you an idea of the size of the room.

Fully fenced-in backyard for dogs with large wood deck/patio area. Deck has outdoor table and seating for dining al fresco, lots of seating for parties, and bistro lights to provide a festive atmosphere. There is also a metal shed with storage for renters and plenty of gardening/outdoor entertaining supplies.
Driveway offers off-street parking for 3 cars. Plenty of room for on-street parking as well to accommodate different schedules.
The house is on a safe, quiet, tree-filled street perfect for families and dog owners. This is a small, close-knit little cul-de-sac of 3 streets made up of homeowners. Most residents are couples, young families, and faculty at Emory or Agnes Scott College.
The house is great for friendly gatherings and dinner parties, especially on the back deck. If you host loud late night parties this is NOT the right rental for you.

Emory's main campus is only a 15-min drive away. It's a straight shot down N. Decatur Rd
Emory's Decatur Hospital Park and Ride Shuttle service is a 5 minute drive or 13 minute bike ride away from the rental.

Whole Foods, Kroger, Publix, Sprouts, Aldi, and the amazing Your Dekalb Farmers Market are all within a 5 - 10 minute drive. Target is about 15 minutes away.

The house is furnished but most unneeded items can be removed if renter prefers and requests prior to signing lease.
