Im a working professional at Emory. I need to move away and am looking to rent the apartment I have right now. The base rent is 1380, there are some community fees like pest control, rental insurance etc which makes the monthly rent around 1420-1430... + utility sperate(electricity- I usually pay around $60/70 per month).
It is at Briarhill Apartment in North Druid Hills. The emory shuttle stops right outside the complex gate making commuting easy. I've lived here without a car - its pretty walkable- there's a grocery store, fast foods, starbucks, target all within a mile from the complex and the complex is very safe!!
I currently have furnitures in too which if you're interested I could leave it back for minimum costs.
Im looking for someone to takeover my lease. My current lease is till 08/23/24 but its open for extension for a month to month, 3 month, 6 month or 12 month period.
