Off-street parking, outside security lights, full-view glass storm door. Private patio and side courtyard next to apartment. Great outside space for container gardening. This space is for one quiet, non-smoking occupant only and landlord pays all utilities. Occasional overnight guests are certainly acceptable. Tenant has one parking place in our very wide driveway. Indoor cats love this space. One year lease required (most have stayed 2 or 3 years). A previous tenant, employed by the CDC, stayed 6 years. $1000 security deposit required.
