1133 Scott Blvd

We are looking to replace a roomate who is moving away! The bedroom has a private bathroom. The place is spacious and close to shuttle stops (EDH and CCTMA). There is space for parking 2 cars in the garage and additional parking outside. The house is... 2000 sq feet, with 3.5 baths. There is a dishwasher and in-unit washer/dryer. Our landlord is very responsive and fixes issues quickly, we are VERY happy with this place and are hoping to stay -- hence why we'd like someone to move in! The current lease term ends July 31st, and the next lease term will begin August 1st. We are both graduate students and will be at Emory for at least 3 more years. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! We can arrange for you to see the place in person.
