An Atlanta native, Jessica Bailey grew up in Sandy Springs and developed her love of real estate at an early age when her father introduced her to the golf course communities he was developing around Lake Oconee. Jessica’s passion and perspective on real estate draws from this formative experience watching Lake Oconee emerge from her fathers’ first golf course development to the amazing resort area it is today. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, Jessica moved to New York City after graduation to start her real estate career. Jessica honed her skills in researching neighborhoods and amenities for each of her clients to help place them in the perfect apartment. After establishing a successful business in New York, Jessica moved back home to Georgia and currently lives in Reynoldstown. Jessica’s style is very hands on, and she is dedicated to building long-term relationships with her buyers and sellers. Jessica is also creative, and she uses her Marketing Degree from UGA to think outside the box. These qualities combined with Jessica’s love for real estate and her in-depth knowledge of the market helps her clients navigate the home buying and selling process with ease. In her free time, Jessica enjoys walking the BeltLine with her rescue lab, Billy, testing out her cooking skills, and spending time with friends and her twin sister, Julia.
