1-minute walk to Emory - 1 br+den (or 2nd br)/2 full bath in Luxury Condo across street from Univ.

Deluxe apartment across the street from campus with less than 1 minute walk to Emory. (Reserved parking garage space included, which saves on Emory parking fees and much closer than Emory student parking decks that require shuttle to campus.)

The...
apartment is a 1 bedroom + den (or smaller 2nd bedroom)/2 full bathrooms (bathroom #1 has a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub; bathroom #2 is a shower/tub combo) with a private scenic balcony overlooking quiet gardens. Gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances. Hardwood floors throughout the kitchen, large living room, and 2nd bedroom/den.

Located in the luxury building “The Clifton”, which amenities include concierge/front desk staff, pool, club room, fitness center, and overnight guest suite for visitors.

The building is a condo community, and thus has limited rentals, which rarely come available. It is a very quiet community, and I loved my time there. I hope an Emory community member can enjoy as I did. Ideal for med resident/fellow, grad/law student, faculty/staff, upperclassmen undergrad etc. who enjoy a relaxing setting, with easiest commute on campus, and conducive to study, home-office/work, and comfortable living.

Available July 1st for new school year. I am listing early as I thought a newly admitted student or med fellow may want piece-of-mind of securing housing quickly as this unit tends to go fast. Floorplan allows for a home office or 2nd bedroom.

I rent the apartment directly, rather than use a management company, and look forward to a great new resident.
